The biggest business challenge for Sevan was converting website visits to direct bookings. To help solve this, we created a website to showcase the guest experience with booking front and centre.

We positioned Sevan as providers of affordable luxury accommodation and demonstrated their role as a holiday concierge for guests, providing a destination experience, rather than just being a room for the night.


The website provides a fully responsive experience for users across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices; driving direct bookings, showcasing amenities and special offers, and implementing a local area guide to the region to give visitors a true flavour of a stay at Sevan.


We integrated a direct-booking widget into the build and delivered an easy to self-manage content management system for offers and experiences that the Sevan team can update behind the scenes, and publish straight to their social media channels.

A major element of the strategy was identifying audience segments within Sevan’s target market so we could create an emotive connection to the experience of staying at Sevan. We commissioned a photo shoot with local photographer Claudia Gabriel Lim from Homestories to capture guests having a fabulous stay while making the most of Sevan’s features.
